As a Sports coach, I train and motivate athletes to enhance their fitness and wellbeing. I love helping others to reach their fitness goals with a positive, enthusiastic approach and support through their journey.
My memorable experience was in May 2019, I had the privilege to lead the warm-up at the Lidl Mudder (Tough Mudder for kids 5-12yrs old) at London west. The atmosphere was amazing I really enjoyed that weekend.
I enjoy coaching and I love Tought Mudder, this is a fantastic opportunity that brings team work and make fitness fun.
