Passion for teamwork and bringing support to one another. As a yoga instructor and Sports coach L3, I love to see people fitness level progressing, becoming stronger and improving general well-being.
My memorable experience was in May 2019, I had the privilege to lead the warm-up at the Lidl Mudder (Tough Mudder for kids 5-12yrs old) at London west, it was an amazing weekend and a fantastic atmosphere.
I am passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Having witnessed first hands the benefits of a regular exercises routine can bring to the body and mind, I’m very keen to pass it on. I thrive to help people feel comfortable in their workouts, ensure a safe practice, and achievable goals.
