My training style is fun and enjoyable with a focus on building physical strength and mental resilience through a mixture of individual and team work!
I’ve helped clients ranging from performance in the gym, in dance and skating competitions as well as with their overall strength and endurance. I’ve worked closely with a wide range of clients to build better and more efficient nutrition to improve their performance and recovery along with their mind-set to take on new challenges.
My most memorable fitness experience has been with one of my clients in particular. She started with me with lack of belief in herself and also had health complications. We re focused the pressure she put on her weight loss goals and in doing so she healthily lost 3 stone alongside improved cardio and strength. Her blood sugars dropped from 99 to 51 which her doctor directly congratulated her on and subsequently reduced her medication. She didn’t think she’d get this far and it’s all from switching her mind-set and focusing on her daily habits. She has now completed day long military bootcamps which I am so proud of!
I have always been very active from being a young dance competitor to a professional dancer in training to a working dancer. Once I decided it was time to go from full-time dancing to part-time I took my personal training qualification. I’ve always strived to challenge my clients not only physically but mentally too, to help them believe that they can achieve what they put their mind to and I know that being a TMB trainer will help me to support more people with this.
